Role Description

This is a full-time Quality Assurance Manager role at Jai Electrical located in Ahmedabad. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting product inspections, implementing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with production teams, suppliers, maintain and improve product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and product inspection
• Knowledge of BIS specifications and regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in QMS related activities in ISO 9001:2015 like internal audit, 5S, Trainings, etc.
• Monitoring & verifying all documents from all the departments.
