Job Description

As a QA Tester for the Customer Service Management (CSM) Project at APN Consulting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality of CSM meets the specified requirements. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans and scripts, collaborating with developers and architects to identify and track defects, thoroughly testing API integration and Now Assist AI, as well as participating in regular stand-ups to provide feedback on QA progress. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4+ years of QA testing experience, with a preference for experience in ServiceNow CSM or healthcare projects. A strong knowledge of API testing and integration validation is essential, along with familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and automation testing tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this position.
