Python Architect

The role involves creating exceptional and detailed architectural application designs and providing thought leadership to enable delivery teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing architectural applications for new deals and major change requests, ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability of systems. Additionally, you will guide the construction and assembly of application components and services to support solution architecture and development, while maintaining frameworks and artifacts used in application implementation. Your responsibilities will include providing solutions for RFPs, managing the portfolio of solutions, analyzing technology environments and client requirements, and developing applications aligned with client needs. You will also be involved in cloud transformation, understanding non-functional requirements, and supporting build and testing teams. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies, support pre-sales teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met. Furthermore, you will be expected to lead competency building and branding efforts, manage and mentor team members, and drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Stakeholder interactions will involve engaging with delivery teams, pre-sales teams, quality assurance, practice teams, vendors, partners, and industry forums to ensure effective communication and collaboration. To perform effectively in this role, you should possess domain knowledge, market intelligence, systems thinking abilities, leverage technology expertise, and technical knowledge in architecture design principles. Competency levels range from foundation to master, with key behavioral competencies including strategic perspective, stakeholder management, innovation, and client centricity.
