About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Specialist Intern to join our procurement team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in purchasing, vendor coordination, and supply chain processes in a fast-paced technical environment. Role & responsibilities : Assist the Purchase team in raising purchase orders and managing procurement records. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for order tracking and delivery follow-ups. Maintain accurate data in Excel sheets (price lists, vendor databases, delivery logs). Support document management, filing, and basic data entry tasks. Perform general administrative and support duties in procurement-related functions. Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, file management). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas, etc.). Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Any graduate
