Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement for residential construction projects (villas & apartments).
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best prices and quality.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and storekeepers for material requirements.
Maintain and update the approved vendor list and assess vendor performance regularly.
Ensure timely purchase and delivery of construction materials to various sites.
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels efficiently.
Handle documentation including invoices, delivery notes, and purchase records.
Monitor market trends to identify potential vendors and alternative materials.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement for residential construction projects.
Degree in any discipline; candidates with supply chain or procurement certifications are a plus.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction materials and market rates.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and procurement software.
Ability to work across multiple locations (Head Office & Project Sites).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
