Key Responsibilities: Manage all accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, payments, and receipts. Prepare customized financial statements as required by the management/owner. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable , ensuring accurate records. Ensure timely bank payments and monitor cash flow. Compute taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and prepare/submit tax returns. Prepare budget forecasts and support in long-term financial planning. Manage balance sheets and profit & loss statements . Audit financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain financial data confidentiality and perform regular data backups . Ensure full compliance with tax laws and financial regulations . Use accounting software like Tally, SAP, and ERP systems efficiently. Perform bookkeeping and transaction recording with accuracy. Assist in financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes. Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Proven experience (3–6 years) as an Account Manager or Senior Accountant in a manufacturing/engineering company. Strong command over Tally, SAP, and ERP software . Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other Indian tax laws . Strong understanding of accounting principles, audits, and financial controls. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
