Purchase Executive

Job Title: Purchase Executive Experience: Minimum 3 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Location : Nagasandra Industry: [Manufacturing / Retail / FMCG / Construction / Engineering etc.] Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with at least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery in line with company requirements. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day procurement activities including sourcing, order placement, and follow-up. Identify and evaluate new vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, monitor stock levels, and track inventory usage. Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, accounts, and stores) for smooth operations. Review quality of purchased products and ensure they meet specifications. Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliability. Assist in budget preparation and cost-saving initiatives. Handle any issues related to delays, shortages, or vendor disputes. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement. Good knowledge of supply chain procedures and vendor management. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (like SAP, Tally, etc.) is preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Working Hours:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) (can be adjusted based on company norms)
