Job Title: Purchase Executive Location: Noida Sector 63A Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Experience: 1 to 3 Years Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing electrical and mechanical products efficiently and cost-effectively, while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure electrical and mechanical products as per company requirements. Identify and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices and terms. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with internal departments to understand material needs. Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Skills Required: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.) Good negotiation and communication skills Understanding of procurement processes Knowledge of electrical and mechanical product categories Ability to work independently and in a team Preferred Candidate: Must be a graduate Should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase Candidates with prior experience in dealing with electrical/mechanical products will be preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
