Job Summary: The Financial Counsellor serves as a key liaison between the hospital and patients or their families/bystanders, providing clear and compassionate financial guidance regarding medical procedures, inpatient admissions, and overall hospital billing. The role is essential in helping patients understand treatment costs, insurance coverage, available payment options, and supporting informed decision-making related to healthcare expenses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Meet with patients, bystanders, or family members to explain the estimated cost of treatment, surgery, or inpatient (IP) admission. 2. Break down hospital bills into understandable components (e.g., surgery cost, room rent, investigation charges, consultant fees, etc.). 3. Provide pre-admission cost estimates based on doctors’ instructions and procedures planned. 4. Guide patients through available insurance coverage, TPA (Third Party Administrator) approvals, and pre-authorization processes. 5. Assist with financial documentation, consent forms, and provide information about payment plans if needed. 6. Communicate updates about bill escalation during prolonged or complicated treatments. 7. Coordinate with billing, admissions, and insurance departments to provide accurate, up-to-date financial information. 8. Support patients in understanding co-payments, exclusions, or balance payments under insurance or government schemes. 9. Maintain records of financial counselling interactions and ensure documentation is accurate and confidential. 10. Handle queries and resolve concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. Job Summary : The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring a smooth and professional reception of guests, clients, and visitors. This role includes a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to support the office environment and ensure a positive experience for all who enter. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally and ensure they are attended to promptly. Answer phone calls, redirect inquiries, and take messages as needed. Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk. Manage appointments, bookings, and office calendars. Organize and maintain office supplies, inventory, and records. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed. Handle check-in/check-out procedures for visitors and clients. Ensure office security and monitor access to the premises. Provide general information about the company and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel. Maintain clear and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders. Support coordination of meetings, conferences, and events. Liaise with other departments for effective office operations and workflow Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred. Experience : 0-1 year of front office or administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Note: Mandatory night shift.
