Position: Junior Purchase Executive Location: Alnico Office, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Education: B.Com Experience: 1 to 3 years (Freshers can also apply) Skills Required: Good communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook Job Description: We are looking for a Junior Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling procurement activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day purchase operations Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documentation Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, follow-ups, and deliveries Maintain purchase records and vendor databases Communicate with internal departments to understand material requirements Use MS Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers may also apply) Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Office Outlook Good verbal and written communication skills Residing in East or West Ahmedabad (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Purchase Executive: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Ashram Road P.O, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person
