Job Title: Editorial and Publishing Executive Intern

Location: Remote

Type: Internship (Paid)

Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing publishing projects, including editing schedules, author communications, and content coordination.
• Assist with editorial responsibilities such as proofreading, fact-checking, and formatting manuscripts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, author biographies, and back-cover copy.
• Attend team meetings and actively share ideas for enhancing processes and developing content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in publishing, media, or content production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with MS Office; experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or CMS platforms is a plus.
