Prompt Engineer – AI

We're building a next-gen AI-powered creative agency, and we’re looking for a Prompt Engineer who can speak the language of AI tools — and make them create magic.

This is not a copy-paste or “Canva” job.

You’ll work directly with the founder and team to:

• Generate stunning AI images, videos, social media content, ad creatives, reels, mockups, model shots, etc.
• Write structured, powerful prompts that actually produce usable results.
• Learn, explore, test, and master tools like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Pika, etc.

If you’ve been playing with AI tools, watching YouTube tutorials, or dreaming of making real-world content with AI — this is for you.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Tasks):

• Research and write prompts that generate high-quality AI outputs for:
• Product visuals
• Fashion/model try-ons
• Social media posts (static + animated)
• AI-generated video reels (with minimal motion)
• Caption ideas, taglines, ad copy using ChatGPT
• Visual storytelling for brands and ecommerce
• Test and iterate multiple prompts to find the best output
• Collaborate on real creative projects with the core team (content calendars, campaigns, etc.)
• Maintain a prompt library with categories and references
• Suggest new tools, plugins, or workflow hacks
• Constantly learn new AI features and updates

Skills & Mindset We’re Looking For:

✅ Prompting skills (image/video) - You know how to “talk to the tool” to get real results

✅ Creativity + visual sense - You understand colors, layouts, or composition basics

✅ Self-driven & organized - You’ll handle tasks, test ideas, and document your process

AI Video - Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kaiber, HeyGen, Animoto

Text / Copy - ChatGPT (GPT-4), Notion AI, Claude

Try-On / Model - Refusion, TryItOn, Astria, Custom inpainting workflows

Content - Canva (advanced), Trello, Notion, Instagram, WhatsApp

Pay: From ₹10,868.13 per month
