Position Overview

Project Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the MEP and interiors sectors.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and project plans to clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications and installation.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the companys offerings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  5 to 10 years

  of experience in project sales, preferably in the MEP, interiors, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of architectural hardware, tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project site visits.
