Electronics Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process quality and optimize manufacturing operations.
• Manage supplier quality assurance processes, including supplier evaluations and performance monitoring.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure effective communication of quality metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor manufacturing and quality management practices.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 9 to 14 years of relevant work experience in electronics components manufacturing and quality management.
• Proven expertise in process quality, quality audits, and supplier quality management.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies such as Six Sigma and Total Quality Management.
• Experience with 7 Quality Control (7QC) tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in a full-time capacity during day shifts.
