Job Objective:

Project Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Project Sales Support

  • Respond promptly (within 5 minutes) to queries from the Project Sales Team regarding product availability and lead times.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and competitive sales quotations.
  • Timely creation of Sales Orders based on confirmation from the Sales Team (within 5 minutes).
  • Monitor and track the progress of Sales Order fulfillment.
  • Manage issuance and return tracking of samples sent to sites.
  • Liaise with the Factory Product Sales Coordination team for timely resolution of order issues.
  • Weekly review and communication of outstanding and overdue payments to the Sales Team.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Reworks team for returned goods and ensure prompt issue resolution.

Visitor Management & CRM Handling

  • Maintain accurate visitor details via a Visitor Logbook.
  • Ensure correct and timely entry of prospect details in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments for customer visits to the Experience Centre.
  • Handle telephonic and walk-in customer inquiries professionally.
  • Support in customer redressal and escalation handling.

Customer Experience & Hospitality

  • Greet and welcome customers as per standard communication and hospitality protocols.
  • Ensure refreshments (tea/coffee) are served to visiting customers.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Graduate in Finance / Commerce Preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, preferably in the

    Architectural / Building Material / Lighting industry

    .

Skills:

  • Strong go-getter attitude with a result-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and solve problems effectively
  • High emotional intelligence and customer-handling skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM/Sales tools
  • Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
