They are well known for designing T-Hub, India's largest incubator space, and are one of the top interior design firms in India. W Design Studio specializes in office interiors, green building concepts, retail spaces including airports, malls, convention centres, and hotels, as well as premium home interior designs tailored to individual preferences. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in, Architecture, or Project Management (or related field). 5+ years of experience in managing interior design or related projects. Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and design teams. Team Coordination: Lead and manage design teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Translate client needs and preferences into actionable design and project strategies. Budget and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Monitor costs and identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising quality. Schedule Management: Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline. Address delays and implement corrective actions when necessary. Quality Assurance: Oversee project execution to maintain design intent and quality standards. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges. Procurement and Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers, materials, and furnishings in line with project specifications. Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favourable terms. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
