The company has a significant portfolio of residential projects worth INR 4000 Crore and is negotiating new projects worth INR 5000 Crore.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Residential High Rise located in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities, expediting project timelines, managing inspections, and coordinating logistics management to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications

B.Tech (Civil)/ MTech (Structural)

15+ Years of experience in handling entire project management of High Rise Buildings

• Project Management and Expeditor skills
• Experience in Expediting and Inspection tasks
• Knowledge of Logistics Management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in high-rise residential construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
