Job Description

Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off.

Location: Old Manesar Road, Gurugram

Role Overview

The Project Head will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of furniture and interior projects — from planning to execution and final delivery. This role requires strong coordination across design, production, and client-facing teams, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery that reflects the Quba Homes standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

  • Develop, manage, and oversee project timelines ensuring timely delivery across stages.
  • Align all internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Track progress regularly and address any project bottlenecks proactively.

Design & Production Coordination

  • Work closely with design and production teams to implement project requirements.
  • Facilitate clear communication and ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings to assess status and make real-time adjustments.

Site Execution & Monitoring

  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges in coordination with the internal team and vendors.
  • Supervise installation activities and ensure readiness for final handover.

Client Servicing

  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
  • Understand client expectations and ensure they are met with professionalism and promptness.
  • Manage queries, feedback, and changes to ensure client satisfaction.

Production Oversight

  • Monitor each stage of the production process to maintain timelines and quality benchmarks.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate project records and progress documentation.
  • Provide periodic updates to leadership and ensure project visibility across departments.

Candidate Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field (preferred)

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management specifically within the interior or furniture industry (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead on-site project execution confidently

Note: Only candidates from the interior/furniture industry will be considered. Experience in the full interior execution lifecycle is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Narsinghpur, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
