Job description

Lead a team of 5-8 data Analysts / Engineers within multiple Functions/departments. Understand the business requirement and ensure delivery as per expected standards.

Key responsibilities include: -

Develop a strong rapport with the client, understand their needs and create solutions that meets their requirement
Manage operational workflow and ensure seamless delivery for both quick turnaround analysis and long-term projects
Mentor the team and guide them on difficult situations
Hold regular meetings with the client at agreed-upon intervals and ensure that the team is aligned with the client needs at all time
To build a team of capable analysts who have prior experience in SQL, BI & Visualization
Take a consultative approach with the clients and support the solutioning team when needed
Up-skill self with the latest advances in the BI domain

Skills required:

More than 6 years of overall Business experience and 5+ years in Data warehousing, BI reporting and Visualization tools
Hands-on experience in SQL, Reporting, Power BI & Python
Experience in Banking, Finance, Product Management would be added advantage
Experience in an agile Scrum environment

Essential skills

Hands-on experience in data handling tools like SQL, Python and Power BI
Knowledge on Financial Reporting, Project Management & Client Interactions
Must have handled teams and been in a Managerial role for at least 2 years
Excellent communication skills
Adherence to timeliness
Willingness to work in shifts
Detail oriented

Experience: 6 to 8 years of Overall Experience. BI Experience, Data Visualization, Data Modelling and Tool delivery knowledge preferred

Educational qualifications

Any Graduate/Post-Graduate
