As part of the role, alignment with the recruiting team both locally as well at US Headquarters and also with FP&A Team on following areas: In developing Hiring Plan in the AOP for India Finance hiring To assist India Finance Leaders and HQ Finance executives providing timely visibility on the hiring process by having regular check-ins To work closely with other key stakeholders such as Recruiting Team, HRPBs and HQ FP&A ensuring adherence to the Hiring Plan To coordinate with hiring managers for timely and constructive feedback on the interviewed candidates, To identify slow moving requisitions and work with all stakeholders for efficient handling of the same To work with recruiting in understanding the repurposing of requisitions as required To review comp ranges to ensure these are effective and to flag cases where these need updates To build and maintain organization charts and building Finance onboarding materials To assess the overbudget offer requests and propose for exception approvals as needed By working in sync with recruiting, review of MIS on key metrics. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency in HR tools are vital for success in this role. This is a hybrid role and will help to support our India Finance Org. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 5-7 years of experience working in Project Management/Coordination Experience supporting operational programs Experience supporting functions across multiple countries Experience supporting employees through a ticketing software (ServiceNow, Jira) and other HR technologies Experience using Excel A passion for organizational culture, design the future of work and human-centric People approaches What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Masters Degree from a reputed institution Background in People Ops or HR technologies Bilingual in English and Hindi Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
