Job Title: Project Manager Location: Mysore, Karnataka Experience Required: 5-6 Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Language Preference: Hindi (preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring team coordination and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement projects effectively, defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes. Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Handle risk management and resolve issues that arise during the project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5-6 years of proven experience in project management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Hindi language proficiency is preferred for team coordination and communication.
