Project In-Charge

Relevant Experience required: 3 to 4 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and labor workforce.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, design, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants regularly.
• Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, attendance, progress, etc.
• Identify and resolve issues or delays in project execution.
• Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools/software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
• Time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a site supervisor or project coordinator.
• Knowledge of contract administration and billing process.
• Exposure to interior fit-out / civil infrastructure projects (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
