Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head at Epic Studio Interior Design, located in Gurugram. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring design quality standards. The role also involves leading and mentoring the project team, problem-solving, and ensuring contractor compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Strong project management and leadership skills Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management Excellent communication and client coordination skills Knowledge of design quality standards and safety regulations Ability to lead and mentor project team members Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience in the interior design industry Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Show more Show less
