Single Point of Contact for all communication related to Projects Preparation, monitoring & tracking of Project Cost Estimates on Monthly basis Co-ordination with Architects for the timely preparation, submissions & approvals of the Building Plans & other necessary project related GFC drawings etc Preparing Agenda and MoM of weekly Project review and Alignment meeting Value engineering during design process – in design and BOQ Issuing Purchase order Bill checking and certifying of the bills. Procurement coordination with the entire stake holders from start to finish Preparation of Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly progress reports Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Civil engineering: 2 years (Required) Language: English,kannada (Preferred) Work Location: In person
