Project Coordinator – Procurement
Location:* Infopark, Kochi*
Experience:* Minimum 7 years in procurement* preferably in construction or engineering projects
Qualification:* Graduate or Post Graduate* preferably with exposure to procurement processes
Salary: 5 LPA - 6 LPA

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in procurement preferably within engineering construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong documentation and compliance understanding in procurement practices
• Sound negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities in parallel under strict deadlines
• Working knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to understand material and equipment requirements as per client specifications
• Handle end to end procurement documentation including contracts purchase orders delivery schedules and vendor records in an organized and audit ready manner
• Coordinate with the legal team to finalize purchase orders and ensure all contractual and legal compliance
• Monitor procurement expenses and ensure they align with approved budgetary constraints
• Liaise with the finance team to ensure timely processing of supplier and vendor payments
• Identify procurement risks such as supply chain disruptions vendor issues or price fluctuations and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee site inventory to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment and avoid project delays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
