Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to find issues and resolve efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project tasks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports etc.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and escalate them to the Project Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Must have experience in interior designing or construction field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
