We mainly work on residential projects(architecture and interior). The individual should be - Able to develop the design from the concept discussed in the meeting. Fluent with Softwares- Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop and MS Office. Acting as an intermediary between the client and the construction team. Overseeing building contractors and construction crews. Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to state regulations. Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications. Creating progress reports and time schedules. Should have keen interest in interior designing as well.
