🛠️ Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Arch / M.Arch

  with

  3-5 years

  of relevant experience.
• Strong

  liaison experience

  with government departments.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma,

  and other design tools.
• Strong

  project management and communication skills

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  building codes and regulatory standards

  .
• Ability to

  manage and deliver projects independently

  with a keen eye for detail.
