Description We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements, supporting project management activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Analyze project requirements and scope to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to track project progress and performance. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve project outcomes. Assist in resource allocation and budget management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 2-7 years of experience in project analysis or project management. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
