Job Description

In this role, you will be leading a complex client program focused on Health Savings Account (HSA) solutions, partnering with U.S.-based healthcare benefit administrators to drive the successful launch and adoption of our platform.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, compliant, and scalable solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Data, to ensure program alignment, execution, and long-term success.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will play a central part in program planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the on-time, on-quality, and on-budget execution of the program. By driving operational excellence and client satisfaction, you will directly contribute to the growth and strategic success of the organization in the rapidly evolving health-tech space.
 

Responsibilities

    • Planning and Strategy - Collaborate with client counterparts to understand the overall scope of the program, timelines, bottlenecks, and other key factors, and develop a high-level strategy and plan to achieve the strategic objectives and business goals.
    • Program execution and governance - Make significant contributions to the overall program execution. Ensure that all rituals are followe'd religiously, risks are identified we'll in advance and communicated, work on mitigation plans, and ensure that asynchronous updates are shared with relevant stakeholders without fail. Lead the daily and weekly cadences, as we'll as governance calls with senior client counterparts.
    • Collaboration - Liaising with various product and release engineering teams at Zeta to assess the scope of changes a solution under consideration may require and determine a feasible, optimal release date that meets all business requirements.
    • Platform understanding - Develop a deep understanding of the Tachyon platform and associated functional and technical concepts, including various types of product and policy configurations, platform capabilities around integration and extension mechanisms, data transmission, and data migration. Be hands-on and try out the various platform capabilities, including APIs, etc, to build a first-hand understanding and know-how of the platform.
    • Stakeholder Management - Work closely with both external stakeholders (clients, vendors, etc) and internal stakeholders (solution engineers, data engineers, product teams, etc) to ensure smooth program execution. Also, work with the respective teams to handle any issues or escalations reported by the client or vendors.
    • Resource Management -Identify and allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure effective utilization. Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
    • Change Management-Implement effective change control processes to manage alterations to the program scope, schedule, and resources. Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
    • Training - Complete the courses that form part of the training curriculum to deepen your understanding of the Tachyon Platform and its various modules.

Experience & Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience in Technology and Delivery roles,
    • Must have been involved in managing and delivering large cross-functional programs from inception to launch
    • Prior experience in a client-facing role with medium to large clients
    • Experience with B2B enterprise, SaaS / Cloud-based products is a strong plus
    • Enterprise SaaS company should have some or all of the following characteristics : Software Characteristics Must have APIs & Implementation must involve some degree of integration with other systems
