The role involves managing MEFs community initiatives, organizing knowledge-sharing programs, and driving engagement across the climate tech ecosystem. You will be part of the Core Team and will develop and execute community growth strategies.

You will design and manage programs to support climate tech founders, facilitate investor connections, and create value for community members through various initiatives.

You will also manage MEFs digital presence and drive community engagement through social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.

To join our team, you should be:

Graduate from Tier-1 college (Engineering / Science / BBA / Economics) with 1-2 (max) years of similar experience.
Dynamic, engaging, with strong program management capabilities.
Comfortable writing cold mails to investors / startup founders.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and driving community initiatives.
Passionate about climate change, sustainability, and ecosystem building.

P.S. While experience in climate tech is not necessary, prior exposure to startup ecosystem and community management will be an added advantage. Experience in managing startup communities or accelerator programs will have an edge.
