Program Advisor - Executive Education

As a Program Advisor at our premium career counselling and university representation firm, you will play a crucial role in assisting students and working professionals in selecting the best courses from leading MBA colleges and universities. Your primary responsibility will be to promote Post Graduate Programs in online and in-class MBA courses delivered by top universities and business schools. You will be tasked with driving admissions for various management programs through a variety of activities such as student outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and referrals. Working closely with the marketing team and academic faculty, you will guide students in selecting programs and assist them in completing admission formalities. Additionally, you will conduct online and offline presentations, as well as counselling sessions to provide valuable information to prospective students. Attending industry events and trade shows will also be part of your role to promote programs and network with potential students. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and surpass sales targets and revenue goals. It is essential to stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing Management, along with 2-5 years of experience in the edtech, education sector, test prep, KPO, or BPO industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
