Professor Pharmaceutics

• Strategic Planning and Leadership:Developing and implementing strategic plans for the pharmacy program, aligning it with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Academic Program Oversight:Managing the curriculum, ensuring it meets accreditation standards, and promoting innovative teaching methods.
• Faculty Management:Overseeing faculty recruitment, development, evaluation, and promotion, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Compliance and Accreditation:Ensuring the institution adheres to all relevant regulations, including those set by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and other bodies.
• Research and Innovation:Promoting research initiatives, securing funding opportunities, and encouraging faculty and student participation in research projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Building and maintaining relationships with the pharmaceutical industry, professional organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Resource Management:Developing and managing the department's budget, allocating resources effectively, and seeking external funding.
• Promoting a Positive Learning Environment:Fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and staff, addressing student concerns, and promoting student success.
• Representation and Advocacy:Representing the pharmacy school at professional meetings, conferences, and other events.
• Continuous Improvement:Ensuring the institution's educational standards and reputation are maintained and continuously improved.
