👷‍♂️ Role: Production Supervisor – Plastic Injection Moulding

🧾 Experience: 2–6 Years

👥 Vacancies: 03 Positions

💰 Salary Range: ₹3–5 LPA

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage daily production operations on injection moulding machines

✅ Monitor production output, ensure target achievement & maintain shift efficiency

✅ Lead and supervise machine operators and production helpers

✅ Ensure quality compliance and in-process checks as per ISO/automotive standards

✅ Minimize rejection, wastage, and downtime

✅ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams

✅ Maintain all production-related documentation and reports

✅ Ensure 5S, workplace safety, and discipline on the shop floor

✅ Train and guide team members for continuous improvement

✅ Who Should Apply:

✔ Candidates with hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding

✔ Strong leadership skills with production floor supervision experience

✔ Ability to handle manpower, manage shift planning & resolve on-floor issues

✔ Understanding of automotive quality standards and machine troubleshooting
