Production & Store Assistant (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Production & Store Assistant to support our production team with daily manufacturing activities and basic store/inventory coordination. Freshers are welcome to apply.

This is a hands-on role suitable for candidates looking to gain experience in industrial production environments like fabrication, assembly, and equipment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team on the shop floor during fabrication, assembly, and equipment building.
• Monitor daily usage of tools, fasteners, and materials used in production.
• Issue and receive materials from the store and maintain records.
• Maintain inventory logs or registers.
• Coordinate with store or purchase teams regarding material availability.
• Help in documentation like job cards, checklists, and basic production reports.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols in the working area.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) – Freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and materials is a plus
• Willing to work in a production shop-floor environment
• Good communication and record-keeping ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word) preferred
