Production Quality Head – Aluminum Ingot Manufacturing

We are hiring a Production Quality Head to oversee and manage the quality of daily production at our aluminum recycling and ingot manufacturing unit.

Location: Tumkur vasanthanarasapura Industrial Area
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Experience: 3–10 years (must have QC/production background)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and maintain the quality of aluminum ingots
• Supervise daily production processes and labor quality
• Maintain QC logs, raw material usage, and issue reports
• Coordinate with supervisors for process improvements
• Report production summary to management daily

Required Skills:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production
• 3+ years in production or quality control (preferably in metals/foundry)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word (for QC reporting)
• Must know Hindi (for labor communication)
• Kannada & Basic English (preferred)
• Basic documentation and inspection techniques
• Good communication and leadership skills
