Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Ludhiana. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing inventory levels, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with different departments to ensure timely production of goods. Additional responsibilities include supervising production staff, scheduling production activities, maintaining production schedules, and enforcing safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and inventory control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in coordinating with multiple departments and managing production schedules
• Excellent understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using production management software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the fire service equipment manufacturing industry is beneficial
