Production Manager | Fashion Clothing Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Head. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

* Production Planning : Planning production line for the tailors and hand embroiders in advance.

* Assessing Productivity : Assess productivity of all the karigar to be maintained every day to optimise their work and to report on their quality

*Vendor Management : To maintain inventory of raw material. Report on the same weekly for the order to be placed

*Assess Quality: Assessing quality of the materials received.

*Timely delivery : Ensure timely shipping and delivery of the orders

*Overall Production Management

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

* Proven experience in e-commerce operations or retail management.

* Proficiency in Shopify backend operations and other e-commerce platforms.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
