Role Description

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events from inception to completion. This role involves managing all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management, ensuring events are executed flawlessly and meet the client's expectations.

• Event Planning, Coordination, and Logistics Management skills.
• Team Supervision, Vendor Management, and Budgeting skills.
• Problem-Solving, Communication, and Organizational skills.
• Experience with technical equipment and materials used in event production.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in event production or similar roles is mandatory.
• Flexible Schedule Commitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
