Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet customer demand
• Oversee the production process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor output, quality, and costs, adjusting as needed
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Supervise and train production staff and line supervisors
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain accurate production reports, records, and documentation
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain
• Ensure equipment is maintained and downtime is minimized

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus
• Solid understanding of safety and quality control standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and production management software (e.g., ERP systems)
