Job Description: We are seeking a Production Incharge with hands-on experience in the cables and wires industry to join our team at Rolliflex Cables Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to ensure efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute production schedules based on order requirements and demand forecasts. Plan and adjust resources, materials, and timelines to meet production targets. Coordinate daily with production, maintenance, quality, and store teams. Ensure tooling, raw materials, and machines are ready before each production shift. Reduce machine downtime and scrap by following industry best practices. Maintain production records and reports using Cordy’s Software Systems or any similar ERP tool. Collaborate with plant supervisors and operators to ensure smooth shop floor operations. Identify and resolve issues in extruder and stranding lines in real-time. Support 5S implementation, Lean Manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor manpower performance and optimize shift-wise workforce allocation. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety regulations.
