· Ownership of day-to-day operations in the factory.
· Holding daily meetings to discuss attendance, material flow, production targets, quality concerns, manpower scouting, training, amongst others. Overall, be a strong team player and a leader who can guide the factory and its staff.
· Communicating with design team for production planning meetings.
· Reporting to immediate supervisor (Director Operations) for implementation and reporting on factory improvements.
· Ensuring periodic machine service, maintenance and housekeeping is done.
· Attending to buyers, quality inspectors, and other factory visitors.
· Working with higher authorities to address unforeseen circumstances such as production delays, absenteeism/worker shortages, machinery breakdowns, etc.
· Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
· Monitor risks associated with products and ensure the quality of the product meets customer specifications.
· Lead capacity planning and resource optimization

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
