Product Specialist Finacle / Flexcube Core banking Data Masking using Mage Data product

Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: [2 5 years / Mid-Level / Senior]

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Product Specialist with expertise in data masking specially with Mage Data. BFSI Finacle / Flexcube Core Banking product knowledge will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and operational support of data masking solutions to ensure the protection of sensitive data in banking and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure environment readiness for product installation.

Install, configure, and validate Mage data masking solutions across environments (Dev, Test).

Enable secure connections between Mage Data and Finacle / FlexCube applications/databases (Oracle.).

Design and implement data masking templates based on sensitive data fields (PII, PCI, PHI).

Execute Dynamic Data Masking for Databases (DDM-DB) after performing all pre-checks.

Configure and monitor alerts for Database Activity Monitoring (DAM).

Perform Level 1 (L1) troubleshooting for issues related to Mage for Finacle / Flexcube Core Banking product data masking processes.

Collaborate with application owners, DBAs, and security teams to ensure data protection compliance.

Document configurations, processes, and resolutions following internal standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Mage Data and Knowledge of Finacle/ Flexcube Core Banking System.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and data masking techniques.

Good knowledge with database technologies: Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, DB2.

Strong understanding of secure application connectivity and system integration.

Experience in performing pre-check validations and DDM implementations.

Basic scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.

Effective communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in data security or data privacy (e.g., CIPP, CDPSE).

Experience with Data Discovery, DAM tools, or other enterprise data protection tools.

Prior experience in the banking domain with exposure to Finacle/ Flexcube architecture.
