Product Sales Manager-Supply Chain Finance (Dealer) Sales

The Product Sales Manager-Supply Chain Finance (Dealer) Sales in Wholesale Banking is responsible for generating and maintaining SCF programs for new and existing corporate clients to finance their Dealer/ Vendor eco-system. The primary objective is to ensure SCF AUM growth in the respective region by implementing SCF programs, on-boarding Dealers/Vendors under different SCF programs, and ensuring utilization for the on-boarded Dealers/Vendors. Key Responsibilities include generating SCF programs with Corporate/Emerging Corporate clients, collaborating with Corporate RM to structure SCF proposals, implementing sanctioned SCF programs with the support of various internal functions, managing the P&L of Dealers/Vendors portfolio, demonstrating knowledge of competitors" products, and innovating SCF solutions for customers. The role also involves guiding Corporate RMs on SCF opportunities, managing Sales Channels, and Business Correspondent Channels for on-boarding Dealers/Vendors eco-system. The ideal candidate should have a graduation or post-graduation degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain finance management. It is essential to possess strong knowledge of SCF business, market landscape, product customization, and sales strategies to achieve SCF aspirations while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
