Product Marketing

As a member of our Founding Team in the Product Marketing function, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our organization. With 3-6 years of experience in marketing, you will be based in Bangalore, India. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around owning the feature launch, adoption, and promotion strategies. This includes defining the product and feature positioning, devising feature promotion plans and campaigns, and monitoring feature adoption metrics closely. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will collaborate with the product team to drive product engagement and enhance customer retention. Your duties will encompass overseeing automated and self-serve customer onboarding processes, managing customer engagement throughout their lifecycle within and outside the product, and providing continuous education and training to customers about our product. The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic individual with a strong passion for Product Marketing, particularly with a background of 2-5 years in SaaS startups. We value candidates with prior experience in early-stage SaaS startups, expertise in marketing products to US/Europe-based customers, and a track record in SalesTech/MarTech companies.
