As an Infrastructure Product Manager, you will take the helm in leading a team dedicated to propelling the growth of IBM Storage Systems. Your role will focus mostly on ensuring successful delivery of our product portfolio from tracking deliverables, creating license structure, and ensuring timelines are met. Additional responsibilities will include assisting team members on validating customer needs, competitive and market analysis, and GTM strategies. Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across departments to build innovative solutions that address complex challenges. Agile Thinking: Ability to embrace methodologies of iterative development, evolving solutions and self organizing across functional teams. Product Operations: Track business metrics and product content to ensure successful delivery of product releases. Leadership: Demonstrate leading projects and cross functional teams to deliver results within a team and across business units. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise BA/BS in computer science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field 2+ years of Project Management experience Passion for data driven insights and innovation Infrastructure, Data management, or AI software or related technology experience Executive-level written and verbal communication skills Cross-functional leadership, influence, and collaboration capabilities Preferred technical and professional experience Experience in Product Management or Technology Project Management Understanding of OpenShift and Kubernetes market Experience with IBM SW (IBM Cloud Paks, IBM watsonx) Experience with Public Clouds including IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, and GCP
