We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively promote and sell our range of cosmetic and Ayurvedic products . The candidate will be responsible for driving product awareness, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, salons, pharmacies, wellness stores, and Ayurvedic practitioners. Role & responsibilities Visit retail outlets, salons, Ayurvedic stores, and pharmacies within the assigned territory. Promote and sell the companys cosmetic and Ayurvedic product range. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities. Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at retail counters. Educate clients on product benefits and usage, especially Ayurvedic formulations. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. Handle product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional campaigns. Maintain strong after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales manager. Coordinate with the supply chain team for order fulfillment and inventory tracking. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, Ayurvedic, or FMCG sector. Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and natural beauty industry trends is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharmacy/Ayurveda preferred). Familiarity with local market language and culture.
