Procurement/ Purchase Executive

Job Description

Shift- 8.5 hours Working Days- 2nd and 4th Saturday off and all Sundays off. Responsibilities: Negotiate purchase orders with existing suppliers to obtain favourable terms. Expand supplier network for existing raw materials. Collaborate with sales team and production team to plan raw material requirements Monitor price movements to forecast raw material trends. Maintain safety stock levels for critical raw materials with long lead times. Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. Prepare reports regarding price trends, market conditions and merchandise costs. Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English . 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Graduate degree from reputed and recognized University in India or abroad.
