Job Summary:

We are hiring a Process Associate to join our travel and tourism operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling backend processes, including booking confirmations, itinerary coordination, client data management, and vendor follow-ups. This role supports smooth execution of travel services and enhances overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process tour and travel bookings (flight, hotel, transport, etc.)
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain and update booking records and customer information
• Assist in preparing itineraries, quotations, and travel documentation
• Monitor booking status and follow up with vendors for confirmations
• Handle basic client communication for booking-related queries
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or any relevant field
• 0–2 years of experience in a travel agency or similar role
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and internet-based tools
• Familiarity with travel booking systems or GDS is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic communication skills and team spirit
