Job Description:

We are looking for 2 Trainee Service Engineers with at least 2 years of experience in operating and servicing various types of printers. The candidates should have solid technical knowledge, the ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently, and be willing to work in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of:
• Epson Inkjet Printers
• POS Printers
• DMP (Dot Matrix Printers)
• Epson Projectors
• Scanners
• Troubleshoot hardware and software-related printer issues.
• Perform regular maintenance, part replacements, and calibration.
• Attend on-site service calls as assigned.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in printer servicing.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Knowledge of Epson product range preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage field tasks.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Qualification :

• 10th / 12th
• Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or relevant field.
